Reporting to the Head of Presales, this role requires a results driven individual who will be able to evangelise and take a new product to market. We are a fast-growing company, and need people who will take initiative and ownership when executing new business in the field.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience working as a solutions engineer / pre-sales engaging with enterprise clients, with a proven track record of success supporting senior sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of the digital user experience, MarTech or analytics ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and client side technologies
  • Experience analyzing sites using products such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other digital experience platforms
  • Clear, concise and solution focused in both written and verbal communication
  • You are highly organized, pragmatic and able to prioritize effort on highest-impact areas
  • Proactive in going above and beyond individual and team expectations
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Desirable:

  • Experience aligning technical SaaS solutions to the business cases of enterprise customers
  • Experience with web and mobile analytics / optimisation / testing / personalisation
  • Any experience with a modern JS framework e.g. React, Angular, Backbone
  • An understanding of UX and CRO
