Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business operations and driving sales growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities: - Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets - Develop and implement strategies to drive business development and expand market reach - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making - Monitor sales metrics and generate reports on sales performance and revenue projections Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues - Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying trends - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficient in using CRM software for account management We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
