New Zealand Wineries is a dynamic, multi-regional wine processing company. With wineries in both Marlborough and Waipara, we provide the winemaking services for select Super Premium New Zealand wine producers. We currently have a vacancy available for a Cellarhand at our Marlborough Winery.
Cellarhands - Marlborough Winery
The Cellarhand position is based in Marlborough, processing premium grapes from multiple regions and varieties on behalf of our Clients. You will join our small winery team in a hands-on role and your key attributes will include:
- Trained operator of winery equipment. Preferably continuous floatation and high solids filtration.
- Proficient in winery procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
For you we will:
- Pay rate between $25.70 - $29.70 per hour depending on experience.
- Generous wine allowance and 4 cases of wine annually.
- 4 weeks annual leave per year
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience working in a winery and preferably a relevant tertiary qualification. Supervisor experience would be an advantage and forklift Licence is preferred, but not essential.
As this is a permanent position you will need to be either a permanent resident or eligible for a NZ Work Visa.
