Remote Telemarketing & Digital Marketing Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Telemarketing & Digital Marketing Specialist and help us expand our reach to international clients through strategic telemarketing and digital marketing initiatives. A very good command of English and Confidence on the phone is essential
- Job Title: Telemarketing **/ Administration Assistant / Digital Marketing**
About the Job:
- This is a Remote part-time to full time. *
- To start 1 to 2 weeks after interview
- Interview - by Phone and Zoom
- 2 to 5 employees needed
Salary: N50,000 per month 3 days a week, and would increase to N80,000 for 5 days full time
- Your bonus based on success may be more than your monthly salary
Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing (70% Focus):
Conduct outbound calls to our international partners to introduce our Services digital marketing services.
- Understand client needs and tailor service offerings to suit their requirements.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, client responses, and progress in our CRM system.
Digital Marketing (30% Focus):
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to support telemarketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably focusing on service-based industries.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade and build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry.
