BARISTA
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcoming customers to the restaurant and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Preparing a range of different coffee drinks including espresso, café latte, macchiato, and cold brew, mojitos, and shakes.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
- Cleaning and maintaining espresso machine and other equipment, managing any repairs when needed.
- Cleaning and restocking display cabinets and preparing food items such as sandwiches and baked goods.
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
- Servicing customers and taking orders
- Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
- Receiving and processing customer payments
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Must be in Doha
- Must have 2 years work experience as barista
- With formal qualification or training as a barista
- Knowledge of coffee preparation from roasting and grinding beans to pouring coffee & latte art
- Knowledge of coffee machine calibration
- With Food Handler Certificate
- With Valid QID
- With NOC
Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
