Responsibilities & Tasks
- Conducting extensive market and sector-specific research.
- Sourcing & assessing potential investment opportunities
- Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and returns analysis for potential investment targets
- Assistance in due diligence workstreams
- Developing investment memorandum and materials to presenting directly to investment committee
- Supporting fundraising and investor reporting
Key Skills & Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, autonomous, and self-driven
- Precise attention to detail
- High degree of personal discretion
- Unimpeachable integrity
- Genuine interest in fundraising, deal-making, and sustainable finance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Fluency in German and Spanish are good but not essential
- Bachelor's degree with a strong GPA from a top university (finance, economics, statistics) good but not essential

You will be able to grow within a leading and disrupting fintech company with an established brand in Zug, Switzerland.
Your title will be Private Equity Intern and you will report directly to the Finance Team of the company for a period of 3 to 6 months. The first 3 months are unpaid, after this first phase, depending on a joint evaluation, a permanent position as Private Equity Junior Associate is possible, but not guaranteed.
