Visa Requirements: Visa 18 (Normal and Small projects accepted)
Duty Hours: 9 hours per day
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing and electrical systems.
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain maintenance records and report any issues to the management.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
