Server

We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. In this role, you will play a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Server is responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. We are looking for team players who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering top-notch service with a smile.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them in the dining area, providing menus, and answering any initial questions they may have.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and entering them into the point-of-sale system promptly.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests' tables.
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, adhering to presentation and service standards.
• Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
• Anticipating guests' needs and proactively offering refills, additional items, or assistance as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with cleaning duties as needed.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking, order delivery, and payment processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standards.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• server in hotel or restaurant: 1 year (required)
