ey Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective project communication including setting up and leading meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Support: Provide support in project tasks and administration, including preparing project proposals, managing budgets, and tracking project deliverables.
  • Evaluation: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on the status of projects to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a *Technical *field.
  • Experience: Proven working experience in project coordination or a similar role. Experience in managing projects within the [specific industry] is a plus.
  • Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
