ey Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Communication: Facilitate effective project communication including setting up and leading meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Support: Provide support in project tasks and administration, including preparing project proposals, managing budgets, and tracking project deliverables.
- Evaluation: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on the status of projects to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a *Technical *field.
- Experience: Proven working experience in project coordination or a similar role. Experience in managing projects within the [specific industry] is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
