We are looking for an enthusiastic and successful Senior POS Developer to work with a cross-functional remote team based in Europe.
LS Central POS is the cornerstone of the LS Central solution and has over 280.000 installations in over 100.000 retail and hospitality locations worldwide. It is a web solution running in SaaS or on-premises environments, and the goal is to continue developing the POS, enhance its performance, features and automated test framework.
Main responsibilities:
- Actively participate in open and honest team discussions as part of Scrum processes
- Work on the development and release of quality software for LS Retail solutions
- Contribute to the solution development - by sharing ideas about the design of the solution and programming.
- Become an expert in our platforms, technical frameworks and tools, and actively contribute to their improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
- Experience with C# or similar, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript) and Web services.
- Experience in.NET and SQL platforms.
- Creativity to come up with new technical solutions.
- Good communication and English skills.
- Experience with RESTful Services
- Good understanding of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns
- Experience with Unit Tests
