Hoopoe infoedge is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a MIS Executive. As a MIS Executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various channels.

MIS Executive Job Description

To be successful as an MIS executive, you should strive to improve knowledge through research and continuing education. Outstanding MIS executives are able to find efficient, cost-effective solutions to problems, and also communicate effectively with senior and junior staff.

Experience : Min 10 months as MIS Executive - In BPO

Salary - 3.5 LPA CTC

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Skillset: Strong in MS Excel and must know MS Access

Responsibilities of MIS Executives:
1. Develop and Maintain MIS: Lead the development and maintenance of the organization's MIS to ensure the availability of accurate data for decision-making processes.

  1. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of the MIS, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency.

  2. Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data used for reporting and analysis.

  3. End-User Training and Support: Train and support end-users in effectively utilizing the MIS, providing guidance on data entry, extraction, and interpretation to maximize system utilization.

  4. Report Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present reports and analyses derived from MIS data, offering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

  5. Employee Performance Management: Monitor the performance of MIS staff, providing guidance and support to improve output and foster a collaborative work environment.

  6. Analytical Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain analytical reports for day-to-day decision-making, aligning with business objectives and strategies.

  7. Data Analysis Strategy: Understand business needs and objectives, develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting, and oversee all analytics operations to ensure data accuracy and quality.


Requirements of MIS Executives:

  • Any Graduate
  • Master's degree preferable.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
  • Ability to train staff junior staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
