- PMO Analyst
Experience - 10+ years
Primary Competencies Requirements
15Plus years of total industry experience Mandatory
10plus years in PMO in Strategist/ Senior Analyst/ Analyst roles Mandatory
PMO experience in working with large scale BFSI Retail projects Mandatory
PMO experience in working with banks in Qatar/ GCC region Mandatory
Solid experience in defining and building PMO practices, processes and KPIs Mandatory
Strong understanding on banking/ enterprise systems and tech-architecture Mandatory
Well versed in planning, budgeting, monitoring, execution and reporting the progress using project management methodologies
Ability to monitor and report project budgets and tracking costs to be inline with the allocated budget.
Utilize industry best practice, technique, and standards to strengthen the PMO.
Project scheduling planning and statistical analysis of the project progress for management review.
Should have key understanding of retail banking business cases and risk management processes.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and mentor resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Create short term and long term plans including setting KPIs and targets on each stage of projects undertaken by PMO
Participating in tender process designing, review, submission and signoff of contracts.
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Experience in interacting and delivering presentations to C level leadership
Experience in designing advanced PMO templates, dashboards, and reports
A creative thinker, a problem solver with a business acumen
Good in mathematics, excel sheets and analyzing large datasets
Extensive experience in documentation and reporting
Experience in analyzing and monitoring the overall health of PMO
A mindset to own and to delivery results Key Academic Qualifications, Certifications Requirements
Bachelors in Science/ Mathematics/ Engineering
