We are looking for an IT Support Assistant to help with maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems. The IT Support Assistant will provide technical support to staff and assist with IT-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in setting up workstations and installing software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor IT problems.
- Maintain IT inventory and document technical issues.
- Support the IT team with various projects and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems is a plus.
