What you will do in this role
As a Support Advisor, you will:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on a social media platform
- Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues or answer questions.
- Handle complaints and negative feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments, such as technical support or management, while following up to ensure resolution.
Your qualifications

- Have a high level of Romanian (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2)
- Have excellent communication and active listening skills
- Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
- Have In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
