FASHION DESIGNER

JOB SCOPE

Produce artwork designs by hand or digital software
Engage in trend and market research and forecast for prints and colours, incorporating them into our merchandise in a commercial manner
Prepare clear specifications for prototyping, using appropriate and innovative techniques and processes
Review and develop merchandise which includes measuring & fitting of samples
Work closely with factories & suppliers on merchandise development and amendments
Construct clear process planning & project management to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to market
Participate in store visits to establish a good understanding of the customer profile
Consolidate feedback and analysis for product improvement and evaluation

CRITERIA

Certification in Fashion Design or equivalent
A good eye for colour and detail with typography skills
Skilled in digital softwares such as Adobe & Microsoft Office, as well as manual hand sketching
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with China counterparts
A confident personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
1-2 years experience in relevant industry is a plus

5.5 working days a week may require to work according on Weekend and Public Holidays (Replacements Offday would be provided)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
