First. Duties and responsibilities

• Preparing technical progress reports for the Quality Center.
• Organize and follow up the administrative activities at the university Quality Center.
• Supervise and follow up the implementation of the plans according to the specified time plans.
• Facilitate the tasks of the committees in collecting data and documents
• Preparing for the meetings of the Board of Directors and the Executive Council.
• Following up on the progress of the center's work and its files
• Participating in developing and reviewing the annual plan
• Following up on the implementation of the university's development and strategic plans.
• Implementing and coordinating training courses.

Second. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in quality work
• Very good English language (Speaking and Writing)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize, distribute tasks and time management.
• Ability to communicate with different personalities.
• Relevant professional certificates are preferred

الوصف الوظيفي

أولا. الأدوار والمسؤوليات

• إعداد تقارير فنية عن سير العمل بمركز الجودة ورفعها لمدير المركز.
• تنظيم ومتابعة شئون الأعمال الإدارية بمركز الجودة والملفات الخاصة به.
• المشاركة في الإشراف ومتابعة التنفيذ طبقاً للخطط الزمنية المحددة لذلك.
• تسهيل مهام رؤساء وأعضاء اللجان في جمع البيانات والوثائق
• الاعداد لاجتماعات مجلس الإدارة والمجالس التنفيذية.
• الإشتراك في وضع مقترح الخطة السنوية لمركز الجودة ومراجعتها مع مدير المركز.
• متابعة تنفيذ الخطط التطويرية والاستراتيجية للجامعة.
• تنفيذ وتنسيق الدورات التدريبية.
• مساعدة مدير المركز وتنفيذ ما يكلفه به من أعمال تتعلق بإدارة مركز الجودة.

ثانيا. مواصفات شاغل الوظيفة

• مؤهل عالي مناسب
• خبرة 3 سنوات على الأقل في أعمال الجودة
• اجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
• إجادة مهارات التعامل مع برامج مايكروسوفت اوفيس.
• القدرة على الترتيب وتوزيع المهام وتنظيم الوقت.
• القدرة على التواصل مع الشخصيات المختلفة.

يفضل الحاصلين على الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة
