Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and claims.
Compliance and Policy:
Ensure company policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Training and Development:
Coordinate and deliver employee training programs as needed.
- Support employee development initiatives and career progression plans.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Administrative Support:
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, managing HR files, and maintaining the HRIS.
- Provide support to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with [specific HR software or tools] is desirable.
- Knowledge of [specific industry or sector] is a plus.
Pay: Up to QAR4,500.00 per month
