Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for IT infrastructure growth and improvement.
- Design, install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Deploy and manage virtualized environments using technologies such as Hyper-V.
- Implement and manage cloud-based services and infrastructure, particularly AWS and Azure.
- Ensure integration and interoperability of cloud and on-premises systems.
- Provide administration support for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
- Monitor system performance, handle escalated technical issues, and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Manage network communication devices (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, etc.).
- Coordinate with local vendors for equipment and support levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure), virtualization, and network management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
