Security Guard

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent observation skills, and the ability to act swiftly in emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas regularly, including buildings, grounds, and parking lots, to detect and deter suspicious activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances promptly and appropriately.
• Conduct thorough security checks of individuals, vehicles, and bags entering and exiting the premises.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Complete detailed reports of security incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized security station, including logging of visitors and deliveries.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent observational and surveillance skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Valid [State] Security Guard License or ability to obtain one.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: BD160.000 per month
