Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and experienced waitress to join our team at Greenbeets, a Healthy restaurant known for its fresh ingredients and warm ambiance. As a waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing sandwiches and salads, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks to tables efficiently and with attention to detail
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Promote menu items and provide recommendations to guests
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ingredients
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• A professional and positive attitude

Pay: BD230.000 - BD270.000 per month
