We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of our human resources practices and processes.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including planning, job postings, CV screening, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee payroll and ensure accurate salary and wage calculations.
- Lead employee performance evaluations and handle the training and development programs.
- Manage all HR and administrative-related functions within the company.
- Requirements:_
- Previous experience as an HR Supervisor in Qatar is a must.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
