Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:

• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their desired outcomes, preferences, and medical history.
• Provide expert recommendations on lip blush, microblading, and other cosmetic services.
• Clearly explain procedures, benefits, aftercare, and potential risks to clients.

Application of Semi-Permanent Makeup:

• Microblading: Create natural-looking eyebrows with precise hair-like strokes.
• Lip Blush: Enhance and define lips with a natural tint, customizing color and shape.

Hygiene and Safety:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize proper sterilization techniques for tools and equipment to ensure client safety.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and protocols for procedures.

Aftercare and Follow-Up:

• Provide clients with comprehensive aftercare instructions to ensure the best results and longevity of treatments.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to assess outcomes, make adjustments, and perform touch-ups as needed.

Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Address client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and aftercare.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in semi-permanent makeup and related services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to refine skills and knowledge.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Assist in promoting services through social media, client referrals, and other marketing strategies.
• Showcase work with before-and-after photos and client testimonials to attract new clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certification in semi-permanent makeup, with specific training in microblading and lip blush from a recognized institution.
