Participate in developing strategies for IT infrastructure growth and improvement
- Design, install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Deploy and manage virtualized environments on site using technologies such
as Hyper-V
- Implement and manage cloud-based services and infrastructure, particularly
AWS & Azure
- Ensure the integration and interoperability of cloud and on-premises systems
Administration support for Microsoft Exchange
- Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and availability
- High Level Troubleshooting - Handle escalated issues that require advanced
technical expertise
- Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Perform regular data backups and verify their integrity
- Coordinate recovery operations in case of data loss or system failure
- Manage network communication Devices (Firewall, Routers, switches, etc.)
- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents and breaches
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations,changes, and
procedures
- Generate regular reports on system performance, issues, and improvements
- Administration support for office 365
- Managing Cortex XDR security solution
- UPS setup and configuration
- Schedule and perform regular maintenance on Tape Library equipment and
ensure the integrity and security of data stored on tapes
- Manage Access Control Systems
- Coordinating with local vendors for equipment as and when required
- Following up with the local vendors to resolve equipment failures, ensure the
