- HAVING VALID DRIVER LICENSE and CAR is a MUST.

• Listing of available properties for sale or rent on the various companies' platforms, i.e.: property websites and social media platforms.
• Promotion of properties through advertisements and listing services.
• Consulting with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
• Providing guidance and assistance to interested buyers, sellers and tenants.
• Assisting clients in negotiation, pricing, mortgage processes, legal requirements, and all other related matters, whilst ensuring fair and honest dealings.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, lease agreements and other related documentations)
• Maintain and update an extensive database of all property listings for sale or rent.
• Conducts background checks on prospective tenants.
• Offers suggestions to marketing departments on ways to effectively promote and advertise properties.
• Travels around to various properties to perform inspections or show properties to potential clients.
• Drives prospective customers to and from various leasing sites throughout the community.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSES THE FOLLOWING:

• The ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Manages time well and is an effective multi-tasker.
• Has exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
