Experience Required: 2-3 years in hypermarket
Main Responsibilities
- Manage, handle, and store all stock in designated area.
2.To ensure proper price level and price of products are available on display.
3.Ensuring that the stock available on display complies with the standards of the store and is not in a damaged and spoiled situation.
4.Display the stock on shelf and maintain the standard of retail policy.
5.Proper use of merchandising trolleys.
- Assist customers to find the products.
7.maintain the proper price level on displayed products.
8.Report to the line supervisor about any concerns, issues, suggestions, and information about developing business.
9.Always follow the well merchandising standard - like, IMPORT ON TOP AND EYE LEVEL, BEST SELLERS THEN CHALLENGERS AND CHEAP BRANDS AT THE BOTTOM SHELF.
11.before leaving the counter, going for break or End of the day to inform and communicate with your line supervisor/ duty manager.
- Keep available o and assist the customers.
14.Follow FIFO/FEFO policy to maintain expiry, freshens & quality of the products.
15.not allowed to use mobile during working hours.
17.checking the expiry record (6 months).
Pay: BD200.000 - BD350.000 per month
