Job Summary
The plant lab technician will be expected to maintain a functional, efficient, and cleanly laboratory environment following all safety, quality and production guidelines and practices. Daily expectations include: sample preparation, ensuring quality test data, running samples using lab equipment, troubleshooting and maintaining lab equipment. Additional responsibilities include managing lab inventories and continuous improvement of sampling program in order to meet product specifications.

Main Responsibilities
- Checking slump of fresh concrete, temperature at RMC Plant and coordinating with all the site technicians & laboratory before concrete is delivered to the sites.
- Follow lab and safety procedures at all times.
- Regularly ensure quality of testing data, include running standards.
- Aid in keeping lab clean and efficient as possible.
- Aid in managing supplies and material inventory.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
Compliance with the company’s internal policies, code of conduct, safety and security rules & regulations and environmental aspects as per the IMS standards.
Usage of PPE within the given span of time in a proper manner.
Support 5S standards routinely by maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
