Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank and other financial accounts.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and local financial laws.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for the company.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance and decision-making.
- Asset Management: Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software (Tally).
- Languages: Good command of English, Hindi; basic Arabic is a plus.
- Sponsorship: Ability to change sponsorship.
