Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Express Lane Manager-National for our client/ a reputed conglomerate in the region. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the express lane, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing efficiency and profitability of the automotive service department.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth for quick service centres across the country.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and management skills
10-15 years’ experience in automotive service management
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in express lane operations and successfully driving growth for a quick service business
Strong business acumen with exceptional people skills
Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a proactive attitude
Automotive industry certification or relevant degree is a plus
Pay: From BD3,500.000 per month
