Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and iced drinks - Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee making equipment such as espresso machines, batch brew and grinders
- Dial in espresso
- Excellent latte art
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards in the cafe area
- Operate the till with precision
- Provide friendly and attentive guest service
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
