Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized interior design and fit-out solutions that align with their budget and vision.
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals with clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing company capabilities, past projects, and design concepts.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless communication and execution of contracts and design specifications.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, staying updated on industry trends and new materials.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs to drive business growth.
- Track sales performance and report on progress to senior management.
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to build relationships and promote company services.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the interior design and fit-out industry, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Strong knowledge of the interior design and fit-out process, including design, materials, and project timelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluent in English.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients is preferred.
Pay: RO250.000 - RO500.000 per month
