Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the concierge team to provide personalized guest services.
- Handle VIP guest needs, special requests, and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, dining, and activities to provide recommendations.
- Coordinate reservations, transportation, and event arrangements.
- Train and mentor team members to deliver high-quality service standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local attractions and culture is a plus.
Pay: From ﷼10,000.00 per month
