Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programmes that enhance players' skills and understanding of football.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all players receive individual attention and feedback.
- Educate players on game rules, strategies, and sportsmanship.
- Analyse player performance during games and practices to provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff to organise matches, tournaments, and events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coaching techniques and football trends to enhance training methods.
Experience
- Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in football, is highly desirable.
- A background in playing football at a competitive level is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with players, parents, and other staff members.
- A commitment to continuous personal development in coaching methodologies.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £1.00 per year
Expected hours: 1 - 6 per week
