Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output of Mini Donuts.

  1. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen as per regulatory requirements.

  2. Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.

  3. Manage inventory, stock counting, and procurement of ingredients and supplies to avoid shortages or wastage.

  4. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting of kitchen activities.

  5. Collaborate with management to introduce new recipes, improve production processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  6. Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues to management promptly.

  7. Work efficiently in a diverse environment with staff from different nationalities.

  8. Exhibit honesty and dedication in managing the kitchen and maintaining the company's reputation.


Working Hours:
11 hours per day

One full day off per week

Benefits:
Yearly bonus based on performance

End-of-contract benefits as per company policy

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry, with a focus on production or kitchen management.

Basic in Excel for stock counting and reporting.

Ability to adapt to different working environments and cultures.

Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

Commitment to long working hours and maintaining high standards of honesty and integrity.
