Job Title: Project Engineer - Real Estate Construction
Location: Sultanate of Oman
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and implement construction drawings accurately.
- Manage daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to maintain project quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety standards and local regulations.
- Prepare regular project reports and updates for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in construction project management tools and software.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the real estate and building construction sector.
- Prior work experience in a Gulf country is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
