Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to passengers regarding check-in, boarding, and flight information.
- Assist with baggage handling and ensure luggage reaches the correct destination.
- Ensure security protocols are followed in all areas.
- Support ground operations, including loading and unloading aircraft.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in an airport setting is preferred but not required.
