Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of the curriculum and teaching material.

  • Student Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them understand complex concepts and improve their exam strategies.
  • Test Preparation: Design and conduct regular tests, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student progress.
  • Doubt Resolution: Address student queries both in and outside class, ensuring clarity of concepts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track student performance and provide feedback to ensure improvement and success.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Conduct workshops, group discussions, and seminars to enhance the learning experience.
  • Research and Development: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in competitive exams, teaching methodologies, and educational technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • A Master’s degree (M.Sc.) or Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) from a reputed institution.

  • Preferably have teaching experience or prior involvement in coaching for IIT JEE/NEET.

  • Experience:

  • 2+ years of teaching experience in coaching IIT JEE/NEET aspirants (preferred).

  • Strong academic background with high scores in JEE/NEET or similar competitive exams.

Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of the IIT JEE and NEET syllabus and exam pattern.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them in an understandable manner.
  • Proficient in using modern teaching tools, digital platforms, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • High level of patience, motivation, and empathy while dealing with students.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in teaching in renowned coaching institutes.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital content creation.
