MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, & MANDATORY CREDENTIALS.
Professional bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology Civil/Electrical/Mechanical;Higher qualifications in Engineering/ Technology Management and competency certifications are desirable.
Strong understanding of relevant HTM standards, HTM Certifications and exposure to SFG20 are mandatory. Certified HTM AP of applicable disciplines.
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
More Tham 12 years of experience in the Gulf region countries in Electromechanical operations and maintenance Departments with Accredited Facility Management organizations. 7 years of relevant.
experience in the same position in leading a team of more than 150-200 Project Manpower. Specific Experience in Medical Sector/Hospital In Mecanical,Electrical and Civil facilities Management & Maintenance
- preferable. Specific Experience in Facility Management/Operation project is mandatory.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and improve standard organizational processes, such as faculty contracting, accreditation, and results reporting.
- Proactively manage and adjust their portfolio of projects and responsibilities given workload changes, timelines, and organizational priorities.
- Managing daily on-site progress meetings to ensure that timelines are being met, potential risks are addressed, and any emerging issues are swiftly resolve
- MMUP/UPDA Certified is advantage
- Certified with Project Mangement Professional (PMP )
- Have valid Qatar driving license.
