His/Her duties as QC Painting Inspector:
- Monitor environmental readings (humidity, dew point, steel temp) in facility.
- Verify surface cleanliness, salt test, other contamination test - dust test, profile check, WFT, DFT, Holiday etc
- Ensure frequency of such test are in line with specification and all requirements are met as per ITP and projectspecification.
- Ensure blasting and painting reports are issued timely by next following day.
- Cover N/S activity in Profab facility as per further instruction from superior (if required).
- Perform any other QC related duties when required by organization or QC Manager.
- Must be willing to do shift rotation anytime and handle work under pressure.
- Shall be at least internationally certified painting inspector Level 2 (only NACE or ICorr is accepted ).
- Must have a minimum reasonable amount of experiences working as QC painting inspector in fabricationcontractor facility - Min 2 ~ 3 years
- Technical high school or Technical Diploma. Degree holder will be added advantage.
- Physically fit and energetic since will be mostly site base.
