Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients by managing communication and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the sales department. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between clients and the sales team to ensure smooth order processing, including tracking orders, confirming delivery schedules, and addressing any issues or changes.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain reports on customer complaints, issues, and feedback to share with the management team.
- Update customer records in the company's database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Assist in resolving any post-sales issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor order progress and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.
- Provide feedback to the sales and production departments regarding customer needs, requests, and concerns.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Languages: proficiency in English and Arabic.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per month
