Job Overview:
The Quality Inspector is tasked with assessing, monitoring, and improving the performance and compliance of drivers within the organization. This role involves conducting inspections, evaluations, and providing feedback to ensure that drivers adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of drivers to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Verify that drivers have valid licenses, certifications, and necessary endorsements.
• Provide feedback and coaching to drivers to improve performance and address any deficiencies.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of driver performance evaluations, training sessions, and incident reports.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to driver conduct and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and implement solutions.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• التأكد من أن جميع الوثائق محدثة ومتوافقة مع المتطلبات التنظيمية.
• تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الشركة المتعلقة بسلوك السائقين وأدائهم.
• التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة القضايا وتنفيذ الحلول.
• الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات صيانة أو قضايا تتعلق بالسلامة إلى القسم المعني.

المؤهلات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
• رخصة قيادة سارية وسجل قيادة نظيف.

• مهارات ملاحظة وتحليل قوية.
• مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
• القدرة على تقديم ملاحظات بناءة.
