Responsibilities
- Assess training and development needs using various analysis tools.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Design customized development pathways for employees in partnership with the performance development specialist.
- Design both online and offline training programs and workshops.
- Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and competencies.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to reinforce learning and professional growth.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze employees' training performance data.
- Manage the company’s Learning Management System (Talent LMS).
- Identify and coordinate with external training providers when needed to ensure high-quality learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Ensure training programs align with the company’s strategic goals and business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration or related field.
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and learning tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver both online and offline training programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis for evaluating training effectiveness.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs across various platforms.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs.
