Principal

Greenview Islamic International School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our institution in providing high-quality Islamic and academic education. We are looking for a dedicated leader with a passion for holistic education, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering an environment that nurtures both academic excellence and Islamic values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum alongside Islamic studies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that aligns with Islamic principles.
• Supervise and support teachers to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Oversee student discipline, welfare, and holistic development.
• Engage with parents, the community, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
• Manage school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in educational leadership.
• Strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum and Islamic education.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about nurturing students academically and spiritually.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
