Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including presentations, brochures, e-learning modules, social media posts, and promotional content.
  • Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and other team members to develop designs that align with learning objectives and branding guidelines.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s visual identity, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching visuals for campaigns, advertisements, and website content.
  • Produce interactive and engaging content for e-learning platforms, including infographics, animations, and custom visuals.
  • Revise and update existing designs as needed based on feedback or evolving project requirements.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Experience in web design and an understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with design trends, typography, color theory, and best practices in graphic design.

  • Hourly Rate: Based on experience
