Go Group Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:
- Contact clients to gather details for upcoming campaigns.
- Maintain communication throughout and after campaigns.
Campaign Coordination:
Fill in the booking order template with campaign details.
- Create user accounts on the influences dashboard for clients.
- Compile and manage lists of influences as per client requests or recommendations.
- Establish a Whats App group for client and team communication.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure targets are met, making adjustments as necessary.
Influences Management:
Confirm influence commitments and replace those who decline to post.
- Generate new leads and identify potential influences for future campaigns.
Team Collaboration:
Delegate tasks to the operations team effectively.
- Assist in team meetings and discussions regarding campaigns.
Reporting and Research:
Forward final campaign reports to clients upon completion.
- Research global exhibitions for potential client engagement and influences needs
Pay: From KD500.000 per month
