Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in chocolate or confectionery production.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and production best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Experience optimizing workflows, reducing production costs, and improving efficiency.
- Familiarity with inventory control, raw material handling, and supply chain coordination.
- Skilled in overseeing equipment maintenance and enforcing workplace safety procedures.
- Capable of preparing operational reports and contributing to strategic planning.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing environment.
Pay: KD450.000 - KD700.000 per month
