Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, including creating and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and other database components
- Assist with payroll-related system processes
- Maintain system documentation and provide user training when required
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server
- Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
- Understanding of Kuwait labor law is a plus
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
- Awareness of modern technologies and development environments
