Assist in preparing ingredients for sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen, and other traditional Japanese dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Help receive and store kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Work closely with other kitchen team members and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
