ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST (LIMITED-TERM) - SAN DIEGO COAST DISTRICT / NORTH SECTOR OFFICE
The reporting location for this position is the North Sector Office in Carlsbad. This position will work under the general direction of State Park Superintendent III.
The incumbent will be responsible for performing analytical and evaluative work to support the Department’s implementation of NextGen Recreation and Reservations Sales Service (NextGen R2S2). As part of the NextGen R2SR2 Project Team the incumbent will assist with modernizing visitor access to California State Parks through improved website trip planning, expanded payment options, and enhanced user-friendly web services. The incumbent will be based at the North Sector Office of the San Diego Coast District and will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and operation of this system departmentwide. Position may need to work weekends and holidays.
This position is a 12-month Limited-Term position that may be extended and/or become permanent.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
This position is designated as not telework eligible.
