Position
As a member of the Americas Supply Chain Team, this position will support the full product lifecycle across retail, wholesale and outlets.
This individual will work with distribution, planning and aftersales supporting the day-to-day functions of the business through reporting and analysis while taking on responsibilities for projects within each area.
YOUR IMPACT
Projects
- Build POWER BI Dashboards to monitor business performance and key KPIs to support topline and individual store performance
- Weekly Supply Chain newsletter communication for at risk styles, aftersales reporting and ad hoc needs
- Coordinate between teams to calendarize all project deadlines
- Warehouse QC audits and RTV coordination with logistics
- Inbound recaps and prioritization
Distribution Planning
- Pull and analyze weekly by door reporting
- Assist in distribution for retail, wholesale and outlets
- Monitor and adjust target stock levels in store for PERM&CO
- Consolidations and RTVs to warehouse
Sales & Business Planning
- Pull and analyze weekly sales & PERMCO reporting
- Monitor topline stock levels and identify at risk stock
- Collaboration with central for at risk and overstock PERMCO
- Pre-market and monthly sales planning prep and reporting
After Sales
- Reporting for open cases, spare parts tracking and traceability
- Track and communicate spare parts received at GXO and assure Spare Parts are sent to the stores and workshop
- Repair tracking with focus on improving days in progress KPIs
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
- A recent undergraduate degree or current enrollment in a Master's degree program (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management is preferred.
Job responsibilities:
Experience:
- 2-year minimum work or internship experience.
- Former experience in Retail / Distribution, ideally in Fashion and leather goods is a plus.
- Must be available M-F, 9-6pm
Competencies:*
- Advanced excel and Retail Math
- Experience with PowerBI perferred
- Ability to: deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
- Proven interest for Fashion / Retail
