Assistant Manager - Flight® Indoor Adventure Park
Ready to lead in a high-energy, all-ages indoor adventure park packed with trampolines, ninja courses, laser mazes, ice skating, VR games, and more?
Flight® is seeking a dynamic, detail-driven Assistant Manager with at least 3 years of proven leadership or management experience to help run the show. You’ll support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing HR and purchasing, driving financial performance, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

A thoughtful leader with strong organizational, communication, and financial skills. You’re hands-on, guest-focused, and ready to grow.
Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required. CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
